I seem to recall that they started out as a solo “Skramz” project in Argentina, but since there are live videos of them performing as a band and their recorded works were also released as a band, I might have been mistaken. I think their appeal lies in their songwriting—which seems influenced by ’00s U.S. emo-violence and metalcore—and the purity of their love. Recordings by bands like this tend to have a pretty lo-fi sound, but that’s precisely what makes them stand out.
