Refund policy

The Otonashi Records website allows customers to return or exchange purchased items at their convenience.
Please contact us and return the product within 10 days of receiving it.

■ Shipping charges for returns

For returns made for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost for the delivery from our company.

■ If there is a problem with the product

In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product upon your request.
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
We will provide you with information on how to return the product.

■ Conditions for non-return/exchange

Failure to request a return or exchange within 10 days after the product arrives at the customer's location
If the product is sold under special conditions, such as a non-returnable coupon on the product
Orders that are marked as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page, etc.
Products that come in direct contact with the skin, such as T-shirts

■ 返送における配送料について

お客さまのご都合による返品は、返送料をお客様にご負担いただいております。

当社からの配送時の送料は返金ができかねますので予めご了承のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

■ 商品に問題があった場合

万が一お届けした商品が不良品、もしくはご注文商品とは異なる場合、ご要望に応じて、早急に返品または交換対応させて頂きます。
お受取り後10日以内にご連絡ください。

■ 返品・交換不可の条件

お客様のもとに商品が到着後、10日以内に返品・交換のお申込みをいただけなかった場合
商品に返品不可クーポン等、特別条件で販売した商品の場合
商品ページまたはキャンペーンページ等で返品不可と表記されているご注文の場合
Tシャツなど直接肌に触れることになる商品
