Carrion Spring's 2024 EP has been around since the end of the 2000's. It's “hardcore” at its finest, and for us 00's survivors, it's a real treat.
The split with Beau Navire and others, the split with Sed Non Satiata is good, the last album is good, but this one is great too. Although they are a US band, they have an overwhelmingly European flavor, and the mixture of the two is very interesting. This is not like the Skramz group. They are playing around with the edge of the well-worn Screamo mold.
