Put Purana + Reverie - "split"(LP)

Released in 2025, this split album features two Italian bands, Reverie and Put Puruna.

Reverie is an Italian band with a blend of blackened and shoegaze styles, but “Put Puruna” is just so amazing—this band truly channels the spirit of good old-fashioned European screamo!

The song unfolds with a rapid-fire shift in atmosphere, and the screamo vocals make you feel the raw energy of a basement gig that could easily be from the 2000s.

I heard them for the first time on this split, but it really makes me want to check out their full-length album. They’re a great band packed with a classic sound and a genuine sense of urgency.

2025年にリリースされたこのスプリットはイタリアの2バンド、ReverieとPut Purunaを収録している。

Reverieはイタリアのブラッケンドxシューゲイズなスタイルのバンドだが、Put Purunaがあまりに素晴らしい、こいつは古き良き欧州激情の流れを汲むバンドだ!楽曲は目まぐるしく景色が移り変わっていくような展開をみせるScreamoはマジで00年代かと思うような地下室の熱気を感じる。今回のスプリットで初めて聴いたバンドだけどこれはアルバムも聴いてみたいと思わせる。クラシックな響きと、リアルな焦燥感が詰まった良いバンドだと思う!
