Riviera - "Sempre" (LP)

Italian EMO melodic punk band Riviera's 2024 release! This is amazing!

We've stocked their previous works before, and actually, 3LA participated in a co-release of an ultra-limited cassette back then. Since that time, they've evolved brilliantly and the band has completely reached the next level.

This genre often tends to sound similar, but it's refreshing how different they sound right from the first note. I don't know if 3LA listeners are into melodic stuff, but the strange EMO expression in the first track is incredibly hooky and instantly raises expectations for the album.

They've been around for quite a while, but they're a band you can count on.

以前の作品も入荷していたし、実は本数超限定カセットを共同リリースで3LAも参加したことがありますが、その当時からは見事に進化しておりバンドは完全にネクストレベルに到達しました。この手のジャンルはどれも似た様な音になりがちですが、もう出音の一発目から違うのが嬉しい。3LAリスナーの皆様はメロディック系がお好きかどうかはわかりませんが1曲目のストレンジなEMO表現はかなりフックを感じることが出来、アルバムへの期待を一気に高めてくれます。活動歴も結構長いのですが、間違いないバンドですので。
