shizune - "Breviario d'oblio" (LP)

One of the greatest examples of Italian screamo—Shizune’s latest 2025 release—has arrived. The band is already in its 15th year? Yet their energy feels wonderfully mature. The opening track immediately sets the tone, leaving no doubt that this is a standout album. Apparently, the production took a long time, and they managed to squeeze in just five tracks, but since they must have had plans for a full album, I’m dying to hear the rest. I really hope they come back to Japan.

最高のイタリア激情の1つ、shizuneの2025年の最新作が入荷しました。バンドは既に15年目？だけど勢いが良い感じに成熟している。1曲目、冒頭からこの作品が間違いないことを確信させてくれる展開になっています。今回制作に時間がかかり5曲をなんとかドロップしたという感じらしいけど、アルバムの計画があったはずなのでこの続きをめちゃくちゃ聴きたいね。また日本来て欲しいっすね。
