unripe - "Definition of Hope" (CD)

Here's a six-song release from Okinawa's Screamo, unripe.

They played at the 2014 Summer Meeting (3LA also had a stall at the distro), so it's the first time they've crossed paths since then, but it seems to be the first solo release of their career in about 20 years. It's amazing.

There is no doubt that this band was influenced by envy and killie, but listening to this album in 2025, after two rounds of the 2000s, I think that even the way they have been left behind by the times is their individuality, as they have continued to pursue what they like.

The most recently released sound source of “undermark” was also a work that strongly reminded me of the 90's. What in the world does this mean? What in the world does this mean? There is no answer.
