French band Fange's 2020 album, where industrial/noise and progressive metalcore fuse, evolving at astonishing speed. Completely stripping away classic rock elements, their sound is now crushed by noise and distortion, sounding like a completely different band from their debut. Yet, the relentless beats and the thunderous roar of guitar riffs are meticulously constructed.

Despite being inorganic, solid, and stripped of physicality, the sound somehow possesses a delicate and beautiful resonance. It feels like there's an innovative conviction here, a different core from the weight of metal—a focus on sharpness. The dismantling of conservative metal sound, and the presentation of a new sound.
