my ex - "ever fallen in leaves" (CD EP)

My ex's 2024 work from Kyoto, Japan, is now in stock. I know the name of the band, but I've never seen them live.

When I checked the band's blog, it said, “The members live in Nara City, Hirakata City, and Hikone City, but since they practice in Kyoto, they claim to be based in Kyoto,” which made me smile. I like rock bands that tell lies.

It said the album was made with the theme of capturing the band's raw sound, so I wondered what it would be like, and I interpreted it as meaning they're putting out something authentic. The playing, singing, and sound are all natural. The part where the trumpet comes in on the first track (right?) is awesome.

日本京都のmy exの2024年作品が入荷しています。名前は知ってるけどライブはみたことがないバンド。
バンドのブログみたら「メンバーは奈良市、枚方市、彦根市にそれぞれ暮らしているが、練習を京都で行っているため京都を中心に活動していると吹聴」と書いてあって笑顔になった。俺は嘘をつくロックバンドが好きだ。バンドが出しているそのままの音を録音物に残すことをテーマに制作されたと書いてあったのでどんなものかと思ったら、それは等身大のものをアウトプットするということかと解釈した。演奏も歌も音も自然体。1曲目のトランペット(だよね?)入るところとかめちゃいい。
