Party Hats is a band from Texas. The band is a new band born in the 2020s, with a sound that is a perfect balance of twinkling and shabby (let's call it lo-fi), as if they are going through an emo revival or not. And after all, it is Larry Records of New York that releases such a delicacy Emo. But don't be too quick to assume that the intro to the first song, "Tearjerker," is emo-revivalist. This band has great live excitement and vibes. The jazzy guitar sound is definitely in the lineage of EMO, but there are also deviations from Skramz.
