pile of hex - "LIQUESCENCE" (CD)

This is the first album by Kyoto's pile of hex.
I had been curious about this band since I saw their live video on SNS and felt the "Engine Down flavor".
As it turned out, my first impression of the "Engine Down flavor" was completely betrayed, and the band was a new rock band with a strong UK flavor rather than an EMO feel.
The band is bass-less, twin guitars, vocals that may be a bit Bjork-like or Big|Brave-like, and a colorful sound ensemble that expresses images of darkness, heaviness, and beauty, in short, it is quite good.
The title of the album jacket reflects the concept of a "liquid" album, and the concept of "spreading out" is expressed not only in the sound, but also in the physical aspect of the jacket.
The jacket is engineered by Mr. Asakura of nostos, who is also in charge of recording 5kai and quiqui, and this may be important for us.
