Since the Multicolored Libricide/Hymn to Heresy EP was released in 2014, the band has released a split, a cassette tape of live recordings, and several other releases, but as an album, it took almost 10 years since their first work to reach completion, a difficult process. The band began recording the songs for the next album, and as of 2019, almost all of the material had been recorded, but without a definitive final piece, the times were plunging into the Corona disaster and the album's production was at a standstill. A decisive blow was missing in the significance and reason for releasing the album, and in 2022, a 4-way split with Fra Hedensk Tid, Infernal Necromancy, and Mass Kontrol Genocide, “Reliquiae Quaternion,” was released, but this is not the first time that the album has been released. This was made after the recording of this album, which had already been completed, and as a result, it was released before the album.

The situation was broken in 2024, when the only underground black metal festival in Japan, “Black Sacrifice,” was to be held for the first time in four years. It was a simple reason. It was quite simple. We don't get together to play, we play to get together. We are taking over the roots in our blood, the influences of black metal, thrash metal, and death metal, and sublimating, expressing, and advancing them into the Yvonxhe black metal that we are meant to present. When we reached this conclusion, the sound image we wanted for this album became clear. We had to reach a new level of energy, not amateurism, without bleaching out the underground black metal flavor. The band recorded the album themselves, but decided not to do the mixing and mastering themselves, and decided to work with studio nostos to create the album. The goal was to express a new Yvonxhe sound, with the explosiveness of the band's playing and the raw drumming at the forefront, without losing the cold desolation and melancholy melodies of the past. To complete a work that is appropriate for the era of our 2020s, a time when we have lost so much.
