Downcast, a band from the dawn of the 1990s and Ebullition's first release, a 7-inch single and subsequent LP, also determined the nature of the Ebulltion label. The music that began locally on the West Coast of the United States, in Golita, California, gradually transformed the underground music scene. About 30 years later, Downcast suddenly reunited and this time released a new album. It is an anachronism to listen to Downcast with the expectation of the sound of the past, and there is a confusion due to love, not knowing what to look for in Downcast. Even so, the fact that Downcast has released a record is a real thing, including the contradiction that a white person saying “political” may no longer have any persuasive power. All the revival bands that have reunion gigs but have yet to release new albums are fake. We ourselves have long passed the knowledge of the youth of the 90's. That's why we are the ones who are needed. Take action.
