ENCORE FOU - "Il Numero Undici"(LP)

The 2022 reissue LP of ENCORE FOU, a forgotten record of the Italian violent/emo violence scene of the 2000s.

The original was released in 2000, and after 20 years since then, this is a Shove Records keepsake, with remastered sound sources and a 16-page booklet, catalog number #100.

It is almost impossible to say that this band has actually made an impact in a global sense. Very few people know of the band. However, from a local point of view, the band's influence in Italy may not be ignored.

ENCORE FOU was the “Revolution Summer” in Italy, with their roots in 90's hardcore, they emerged in the Italian scene, embodying chaotic hardcore, and in 2001 they were the support act for At The Drive-In, and hung up. rising ticket prices and the debate/controversy... I guess that was the fate of the band, and that aspect may have had an influence on the band.
