In 2019, nuvolascura released their debut album, shocking the US screamo scene. Their performances, characterized by an impulsive chaos that evokes the essence of “GEKIJO hardcore,” blend influences from traditional emo-violence bands with contemporary social commentary and introspective exploration of human inner struggles. Following their 2020 second album, ‘As We Suffer From Memory and Imagination,’ which hinted at further evolution, nuvolascura has finally completed their highly anticipated third album, ‘How This All Ends,’ set for release in 2025. While inheriting the history of US emo-violence bands like early Loma Prieta and iwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbook, which blend beauty with reckless madness, the album also features new deviations into screamo and a fusion of new musical elements.
