OGAHM - "Bulbs EP" (CD)

This is the 2024 EP from Osaka's post-metal sludge OGAHM, which includes current SeeK members who won acclaim from metal listeners with their first album.

We were contacted by OTONASHI, who used to be active in NEM, to get this in stock. Some long-time 3LA listeners may remember Nem. At the time, Nem's musical style was more like alternative psychedelic/post-rock, but while retaining a bit of that element, OGAHM's sound image swings in a much heavier and darker direction, and I think this is a good recommendation for those who like music that aims far with a single riff.

Recorded and mixed by the man himself, who is also key to the sound construction on SeeK, there is nothing dirty about the texture, which is different from the muscular metal sound, but the sound is immersive enough to run alongside the long distance of 4 songs and 32 minutes.
