Here’s the discography of Italy’s Silbato! I wonder how many people remember them today. They were a band with a distinctive look that was active from around 2000 to 2005, and their split with Cease Upon The Capitol was absolutely awesome. In 2026, an LP was released featuring all their previous works plus three previously unreleased tracks. Since the early 2000s were already the era of CDs, this marks their first-ever release on vinyl. Italy—that enigmatic country that has long maintained its own unique sense of isolation even as the world opens up to the internet—is absolutely on fire with its rediscovery of the chaotic 2000s. The answer is always within yourself. You can clearly hear how the band’s sound—which started out as a rough-around-the-edges, hardcore-punk-esque sound—evolved dramatically as they moved into their later years.
