nuvolascura "How This All Ends" (CD: Japan Edition)

　In 2019, nuvolascura released their debut album, shocking the US screamo scene. Their performances, characterized by an impulsive chaos that evokes the essence of “GEKIJO hardcore,” blend influences from traditional emo-violence bands with contemporary social commentary and introspective exploration of human inner struggles. Following their 2020 second album, ‘As We Suffer From Memory and Imagination,’ which hinted at further evolution, nuvolascura has finally completed their highly anticipated third album, ‘How This All Ends,’ set for release in 2025. While inheriting the history of US emo-violence bands like early Loma Prieta and iwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbook, which blend beauty with reckless madness, the album also features new deviations into passionate hardcore and a fusion of new musical elements.

The Japanese edition CD, released by 3LA, includes lyric translations and an interview with the band.

　2019年に1stアルバムを発表し、US-Screamoシーンに衝撃を与えたnuvolascura。これぞ”激情ハードコア”と思わせる衝動的なカオスを伴う演奏、楽曲は伝統的なエモ・バイオレンス・バンド達からの影響を感じさせつつも、現代の社会問題と人間が抱える内面を見つめる表現がある。続く2020年の2ndアルバム『As We Suffer From Memory and Imagination』で更なる進化の兆しを感じさせた彼らが2025年、満を持して発表する3rdアルバム『How This All Ends』が遂に完成。初期Loma Prietaやiwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbookといった美しさと向こう見ずな狂気を帯びたUSエモバイオレンスの歴史を引き継ぎながらも、新しい激情ハードコアの逸脱があり、新たなる音楽の融合がある。
3LAリリースとなる日本盤CD仕様として歌詞対訳はもちろん、バンドへのインタビューも収録。
