wishes on a plane - "lost songs"(LP)

Are you a summer EMO fan? Or a winter EMO fan?
Germany's time as a color was a label we frequently traded with back in the early days of 3LA's activities, around 2010 or so. They released a lot of high-quality local EMO bands, and Wishes On A Plane was one of them.

Back then, social media, streaming, and the analog movement hadn't arrived yet. I feel like everyone was driven purely by passion, with money being secondary. Pure. So its reach was limited, but that's precisely why it's still worth listening to today.

Just like skramz of the 2000s, 2010s EMO is in that phase now. What they share is purity—something we still haven't lost.

君は夏のEMO派?それとも冬のEMO派?
ドイツのtime as a colorは3LAの活動を始めた初期、2010年とかそんな辺りに良く取引をしていたレーベルでローカルの良質EMOを数多くリリースしていてWishes On A Planeもそんなバンドでした。あの時代はまだSNSもストリーミングもアナログムーブメントも来てなくて、みんな金なんか二の次でそれぞれの情熱だけで走ってた気がします。イコール、ピュア。だからその広がりは限定的だったけど、だからこそ聴く価値が今でもある。2000年代激情がそうだったように、2010年代のEMOは今そういうフェーズにある。共通するのはピュアネス、俺たちが今も失ってないものです。
